We are preferred providers for all PPO insurance plans, Medicare and Medi-Medi insurance plans.

We also participate with some HMO programs including Monarch Healthcare, Healthcare partners, and St. Mary's IPA with a referral authorization from your primary doctor.

Medicare insurance and Medi-Medi insurance are welcomed.  We are preferred Medicare Providers and accept Medicare assignment.

We are not accepting new patients with Medi-Cal insurance at this time.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding insurance.

Deductible:  Some insurance plans have a deductible.  This refers to an amount of fees that are required to be paid by the patient before the insurance will contribute any funds to your care.  If you have a deductible, then you will be required to pay for that portion of your deductible.  If we provide the service to you that renders a deductible fee, then we will request your payment at the time we provide the service.  If a laboratory provides the service to you in the form of lab tests or biopsy / pathology services, then they will bill you directly for those services and the applicable deductible if any.  Please ask if you have any questions prior to your visit or at the time of your visit but prior to your procedures and services so that you are fully aware of any costs that you may incur.  We will be very happy to check your insurance for you and answer questions that we can answer.  We do not want anyone to have any surprise bills so please investigate and ask questions.

If your insurance does not have a deductible portion, or if the deductible portion has been filled for the current calendar year, then your services should generally be covered by the insurance.
Thanks for your understanding about these insurance issues.
